Program RISE, a program of JRI Health, is a multi-service, integrated community prevention program offering health and social services to people in the MetroWest area of Massachusetts. RISE offers preventive healthcare such as counseling and screening for HIV, viral hepatitis and sexually transmitted infections (STIs); PrEP & PEP; HIV client services, such as medical and housing case management and group support services for individuals affected and living with HIV; harm reduction & overdose prevention services; and community education, trainings and outreach.
RISE responds to emerging community needs, reducing health disparities, promoting racial justice and implementing harm reduction approaches to care. We believe that all people – of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, education and income levels, ages, languages, religions, and geographic locations – should have the opportunity to live healthy lives.
